Hello All,
During December a small group of us will be swimming Tuesday (8pm) and Thursday(7:30pm) nights at Ottawa U (December 7th to 21st). This is a public lane swim, but we do bring a work-out. You can come and go when you like, stay for 2 hours or 60 minutes, show-up late, leave early whatever you like.
If you'd like to join us - please just show up at the Ottawa U pool, so far I'm hearing from 10-12 people that want to go to one or both nights.
